What to do, and when to do it
The following page will display a guideline of what to do during in case of any hostilities (foreign/domestic)

Timeline of an attack
The national headquarters will gather information and make an announcement/edict
This information will then be transmitted to the ministry of civilian protection/safety headquarters in terms of evacuation centers, what precautions to take, what paths to take towards evacuation centers
At the local level, sirens will sound in conjunction with television, and radio broadcast. Detachments of self defense forces, and police will assist/lead in terms of evacuation efforts.
Civilians are to take shelter in either their homes or nearest evacuation centers
Two Scenarios
During the time of missile strikes/terrorist attacks/insurgency
Situation where information regarding attack is known beforehand:
For example: during the time of missile strikes/terrorist attacks/insurgency
The information will be transmitted from the national offices; thereafter, countermeasures will be sent to the affected areas; wherein this info will be sent out regarding emergency precautions
Scenario wherein there is no extra time:
For example: Guerrilla Attack/Insurgency Attack, Ballistic Missile Attack, Airborne attack, Widespread/Coordinated Terror Attack
Information will sent from the national offices
This will be communicated to local governments
The appropriate measures: staying indoors, staying near concrete structures, etc
Thereafter citizens will evacuate to appropriate evacuation centers upon orders
The local self defense forces will play a role as well
What civilians can do to help
Take part in any sponsored training available that is related to disaster preparation.
If you see, or witness, any suspicious person or activity please contact the police.
Help the elderly/injured in times of evacuation.
Make sure that emergency provisions are stored in your domicile, and assist workers in distributing rations
Follow the orders of all safety officers
If outside please follow any evacuation orders and proceed to designated evacuation center.
